Review: Graco Snugride 35 Infant Car Seat

Celebrity parents including Lance Armstrong, Naomi Watts, and Jerry O’Connell are fans of Graco’s sturdy infant car seats.

Well, now the company’s added a new style — the SnugRide® 35 ($160) — to the collection and we recently tested it out.

Check out our review below!

Things We Like:

The SnugRide 35’s roomier than older versions. It comfortably fits babies up to 35 pounds and 32 inches tall.

For easy installation, the base is LATCH-equipped and has a one-hand dial adjustment. It also features a level indicator to let you know if you’ve installed the seat at the correct angle.

The super soft cushions are made with EPS (energy absorbing foam) that are designed to absorb the shock of side-impact. For smaller infants, there’s a removable head support pillow that helps keep baby’s head in place.

It’s also compatible with most stroller brands. Bugaboo, BOB, UPPAbaby, Mountain Buggy, Baby Jogger all offer Graco Infant Car Seat adapters.

Things We Don’t Like:

At 9.7 lbs., it’s bulky — so toting around a heavier baby won’t be easy.

Moms & Babies rating:

Graco makes excellent infant car seats and the SnugRide 35 totally measures up! We’re pretty sure this one will become a company classic.
